Halo Solar is Your Local Solar Resource
Due to Legacy Solar ceasing operations, Halo Solar has been recommended as a potential resource for customers who may need assistance with active projects, service, maintenance, SREC administration, or warranty-related support. However, it is important to clarify that Halo Solar has NOT purchased Legacy Solar’s contracts or customer accounts, and Legacy Solar customers are NOT automatically customers of Halo Solar.
At this time, Halo Solar is independently reviewing projects where we may be able to assist customers on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is to help provide options and support for those impacted by Legacy Solar’s closure where possible.
In addition to reviewing active project opportunities, Halo Solar will also be offering optional warranty support packages and ongoing maintenance plans for previous Legacy Solar installations. These services are intended to help homeowners maintain system performance and have access to future technical support and service if desired.
Our goal is to send a follow-up communication within the next week outlining a clear path forward and timeline. We kindly ask that you hold off on non-urgent inquiries until that time so our team can focus on the next steps. If you have an urgent need in the meantime, please email [email protected], and we’ll respond as we’re able.
We understand this situation may be frustrating or uncertain, and we are committed to being transparent and helpful throughout the process.
