Amir Janabayev
Amir is an international student majoring in Environmental Studies and joined the Halo Solar team as a Design Intern in January 2023. He grew up in Kazakhstan, a post-Soviet country where he learned three languages. Amir discovered his passion for a sustainable future while hiking and cleaning mountains from litter in his hometown with friends and peers.
Before interning at Halo Solar, he intensely focused on chemistry, winning international competition diplomas and making speeches about different topics. Amir is passionate about ornithology, camping, playing guitar, and boxing.
